Exciting Opportunity for NYWAY Girls.
Just a reminder that we have open mats at Slingshot Wrestling Club in Avon every Monday in October from 6:30-8:00pm. All NYWAY Girls team members are welcome! We'll have conditioning, drilling, technique & live wrestling.
Joye Levendusky will be teaching freestyle techniques at the practices. For those that might not know her, she's a 6x USA Wrestling All-American, including 6th at World Team Trials in freestyle last May. This is a great opportunity to get some solid freestyle training.
We'll be hosting these practice on Mondays 10/16, 10/23 & 10/30.
